Welcome to Kesher Torah Atlanta
In Hebrew “Kesher” means connection. Our mission at Kesher Torah is to build community and connect the Jews of Sandy Springs, as well as, to inspire and educate them to a deeper and more meaningful relationship to Judaism, irrespective of background, affiliation, denomination or level of observance.
Kesher Torah’s philosophy and goal is to enable all Jewish people and their children, to experience the joy and vibrancy of Judaism in a welcoming, meaningful environment. Our warm and diverse community is led by Orthodox traditions.
This Week at Kesher Torah Atlanta
Please plan to join us after morning services this Shabbos for a standing dairy kiddush. It’s a perfect time to talk to friends, have some noshes and even a L’Chaim! If you would like to sponsor a kiddush or seated meal for any reason (Bar/Bas Mitzvah, Birthday, Wedding, Yahrzeit, or just to be nice), click here to be taken to our online kiddush menu and order form.
Parents remember that we do have children’s programming every Shabbos. For boys ages 5-12 B’Nei KT, and for girls 8-13, we have the Girls Shabbos Club. We’ve received positive feedback for both of these programs, so please bring your children and enjoy services!
The unveiling for our dear friend Don Memberg will be held on December 15. More details to follow.
Please enjoy some photos taken at our recent Father Child Saturday Night Learning as well as some photos of last week’s MLB. You can find these photos by scrolling down in the newsletter.
We will have services on Sunday at 9:00 AM.
We wish you a happy Thanksgiving. We have so much to be grateful for!
Have a wonderful Shabbos!
